Aquasana AQ-5300+ has a larger capacity of 800 gallons than the 600 gallons of AQ-5300. Also, its faster flow rate of 0.72 gallons of water per minute makes it superior to AQ-5300. Also, AQ-5300+ features Bluetooth connectivity.
Is TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) removal good or bad?
Aquasana AQ-5300+ doesn’t remove Total Dissolved Solids, which is good and bad at the same time.
It is good because it keeps healthy minerals inside the water. And it is bad because it doesn’t prevent scale buildup and stains caused due to ferrous iron.
